Photo Every Day #213

Today we started painted the downstairs bathroom. It's in 'soft steel' so it looks light and airy. I think it will make our pictures and mirror really pop. We also took Stark for a walk with our friends and their dog. We came across a dead bunnies and their dog decided it looked like a nice snack! Surprisingly Stark wasn't at all interested and just wanted to carry on playing ball.

Highlight Of The Day: Going through some of my old stuff at my Mums. Really nice to see my childhood toys. 

Inspiration Of The Day: Killah. One of my favourite brands when I was younger and I'm gutted my old things don't fit anymore!

Tonight we went to Mr Lau's restaurant in Warrington town center with a couple of friends followed by some drinks in town. The food was really nice, apart from one type of steamed dim sum which I didn't like at all! I had chicken and cashew nuts with fried rice, plus we had a crispy and steamed starter selection. Rather than coming in bowls and then extra plates to serve it on to it came with a rice bowl and the main dish separately, ready to put in the rice bowl. I thought it was a really good way to eat and definitely saves on the washing up. I'll defiantly be going there again and would recommend it! It was really nice to go out, I had a laugh and it was good to relax for a bit.

Today has seemed like a long day as I appear to have got more than usual done! Today's PED is inspired by a friend from Leeds who was watching the film Audition in our old haunt Fab Cafe.I really miss uni and Leeds and especially the people I was so close to, especially during the summer between 2nd and 3rd year. It still makes me feel sad that I ended up losing those people as my close circle of friends but I'm glad to have met them and that they all seem happy with the way life is taking them. Thanks for the memories.

Highlight Of The Day:Watching Gosford Park curled up in bed, really enjoyed it and it didn't feel like 2 hours 20 mins at all! Plus I love Kelly MacDonald, she's amazing in every role I've seen her in, my particular favourite being Boardwalk Empire.
