Today I have felt so ill! My throat has been scratchy and on fire and my head feels like its all blocked. My muscles are all aching too. I really hope it wears off quickly as I've not got a day off now until next weekend. Today's PED is of a local cat who's lovely!

Today I've been struggling with a sore throat. I haven't had one in ages so I'd forgotten how horrible they are. Throughout the day I've slowly started to get ear ache and feel very tired, so I'm sure it's a sign of something a bit more than just a sore throat sadly. It's my day off tomorrow so I just plan to relax as much as possible to try and get rid of it quicker.

Today I have not been well. For some reason I've been sick and felt really dizzy and strange. After a good few hours sleep I seem to feel better but still have a raging headache. Fingers crossed that tomorrow is a better day!

Reason: Nice and relaxing before bedtime.

Highlight Of The Day: Lying down. Any minute I spent horizontal was the best!

Inspiration Of The Day: People who have serious illnesses. It's bad enough just feeling generally ill!

So today I have been half dying with the stupid head cold the boy gave me. The cough has started this afternoon and I literally can't stop. I usually have a bad cough anyway, although the docs say I'm not asthmatic but don't care enough to find out more...! But it's ridiculous today, I keep having to lie down as I can't seem to cough enough to clear my chest. Here's hoping it doesn't last too long. Tonight I made our dining chairs, or rather pieced them all together, I didn't hand make them or anything sadly! The table is a two man job so we'll probably do that in the morning.

Song Of The Day: NOFX - Franco Un-American
Reason: I love NOFX, they were one of the best bands, if not the best, I've ever seen at a festival. Their set was hilarious and so entertaining. I went to see them with a friend when I lived in Leeds but they didn't seem to have the same spark, still entertaining nonetheless.

Highlight Of The Day: Someone coming to get started on our snag list.

Today I don't feel ill anymore! Yay! I am still extremely tired though. I'm only doing a short shift tomorrow and don't start until 1pm so hopefully I'll have some time to relax in the morning and have a bit of a lie in. We've finally got a completion date on the buying of the house, so this week we're signing more documents and finally handing over the remainder of the money to make it officially ours! We're also going to go scrounging for bargains at Comet since it's fallen on bad times and is closing down. For now though, I'm just having Draco cuddles.

Today I am feeling even worse that yesterday purely for the fact that I feel even more tired and exhausted than before. I really need a break from working so much and being under such pressure in work, with buying a new house and with general everyday stresses and strains.

Tomorrow we are going to be looking after Pixie and moving back into my Mum's for the week whilst they're on holiday. I love my mutt, but she is demanding!! Expect some Pixie themed PEDs for the next few days. I'm surprisingly still feeling ill! Mostly just a really bad headache and blocked ears. The headache seems to be mostly first thing in the morning, late at night and if I do too much, so it does look like it's on its way out at least.

Today will be a super fast post because to say I still feel ill would be putting it mildly. I thought I was perking up a bit by mid afternoon, but this evening has seen my headaches and earaches get a whole lot worse. Super sad face. I did finish my book however. I may do a book review when I feel better (if I remember).

Today I have been feeling terrible. Again. I hate being ill, it's boring when you're not capable of moving more than 5 meters an hour. Pixie did come and visit though, so it wasn't a totally wasted day. This is her unimpressed face which she pulls when she has to have her car seatbelt put on.

Today has been much worse than yesterday in terms of feeling ill. Everything is blocked up and I've got sharp pains and aches all over my body. It's a bit hard to tell if it's just a severe cold or mild flu at this stage. We'll see how I feel tomorrow I guess.

Highlight Of The Day:  Eating ice cream as it soothes my throat temporarily. Also finding a really powerful decongestant tablet with made me feel much better for an hour, then I felt worse than before...doh!
