Photo Every Day #326

Today we got a new baby! A gorgeous little black kitten. He's only 9 weeks old, the same age we got Asami at and we're hoping they'll be playmates. So far Asami is trying to establish her dominance and keeps hissing at him and trying to bop him. We stop her when he's being harassed but when they're apart they're fine. He's already really confident and cuddly; he's sat next to me in bed having a snuggle and keeps climbing onto my chest and shoulders. He's got beautiful eyes, they're a grey-blue-green kind of colour which is lovely. It's difficult to get a nice photo as he's all black and tends to look like a blob or a shadow. He doesn't have a name yet as we're still deciding!

Today we went to a huge carboot sale at Chelford. I've not been to a carboot sale for years and even then I've only been to an odd one. We did get a couple of bargains, we picked up a huge old chest for £18, a book for £1.50, 3 little Wade ornaments for £5 and best of all a zoo tycoon expansion pack for a mere £1! I love Zoo Tycoon and similar games; rollercoaster tycoon, theme park world, sim city etc. So it's nice to be able to relive my childhood memories.

Just a quick one today as I've been busy and I'm knackered! We've had a meeting for 'These Guys' and we're finally a bit closer to getting filming off the ground. It's also been another really long, slow day in work! I'm almost looking forward to next week when it will be a lot busier!! I am definately looking forward to this weekend off though, my poor feet need a rest! Tomorrow it's my Mum's birthday and today was my step dads, (it's already been my Dad's at the start of the month and it's the boy and his sister's birthdays next week!) so it's been a rather expensive month.
