My Top Ten Films

I've finally decided to get round to writing a blog about my top ten films. Now being a film lover and film studies graduate, this is subject to much change! However, most of the films on this list have been my very favourites for a very long time. The list is in no particular order, apart from the first one, The Shining, known to me as the greatest film of all time!

1. The Shining (1980)
I adore everything about this film. It is perfect in my eyes and I would never let anyone tell me otherwise. I adore Stanley Kubrick and his obsessive attention to detail. I love Jack Nicholson and his believable psychotic breakdown. I love the massive, isolated Overlook Hotel. I love little Danny. I love the blood elevator scene. I literally would kill whoever it took to be able to say I'd made this film.

Horse Riding - First proper lesson in a few years tonight! Will be good to get properly back into it! If not expensive!

Curse Of The Golden Flower - Just wow! Visually stunning film with a great plot and cast!!!

Casting - Getting stuck in casting away for our latest short film! A seaside based drama about a failing musician!
