Today we cleaned out the fish tank and will soon be getting all the water, lighting and heat ready! I've been doing lots of reading up on different kinds of fish and am struggling to make up my mind what I'd like!! A cow fish would be my ideal fish but sadly not in our tank!

Cowfish:

Song Of The Day: Madonna - Frozen

Reason: I adore this song, it's timeless.

Highlight Of The Day: Seeing how fast Stark can run now. He's like a horse!

Inspiration Of The Day: Puffer fish, my latest fish desire. Super cute but feisty too.

Today we set the fish free into the pond. It wasn't too cold so hopefully they'll be ok. I'm also covered in bites and scratches from Tuesday, who is rather vicious when she plays!

Teeth Bruises:

Song Of The Day: Naughty Boy Featuring Emeli Sande - Lifted

Reason: Catchy chorus !

Highlight Of The Day: Buying some jeans and leggings for £26 from Matalan! Bargain.

Inspiration Of The Day: Planted fish tanks. Really want to have our new tank with plenty of plants, it's just where to start!!

Today we went to the Sealife Center Manchester. It's only recently opened and it's been a while since I've been to an aquarium. Now that I know a lot more about fish it's far more interesting; I'd love to be an animal keeper there!! The best thing we saw was probably the huge sea turtle that they have in their main tank. I've never seen one before and he was beautiful! The enclosures were all really nice and they had a good range of fish and sea creatures. We had a behind the scenes tour with a member of staff called Phil. He was really great and told us lots of interesting information. We also got to see a snake necked turtle which was in isolation as he was being naughty and trying to breed with another species of turtle whilst upsetting her male partner!

Today we went up to High Leigh garden center as I was told they have a good aquatic section. It does have a really good selection, especially the marine fish, there were even seahorses!! I can't wait to save up and get our own aquarium, I'd love a huge biorb!!

Song Of The Day: Fiona Apple - Criminal
Reason: It's been my ringtone for ages but I still love it!

Highlight Of The Day: Visiting The Range for some home shopping!

Inspiration Of The Day: Marine tanks, so beautiful and worth all the hard work!
