So today is the last PED of 2012. It's been a busy and eventful year with some big changes. Tonight I'm going to be eating takeaway and watching films with friends, which is by far the best way to spend an evening.

We're getting very close to Xmas now! I'm looking forward to just having the day off more than anything! I've been unpacking tonight so slowly things are starting to take shape! At least until we buy more furniture.

Today Jacques went back to the vets for his x-rays. He was really good when I dropped him off and looked glad to be home when he was back in his cage with his brothers. He's still limping but it's not broken. He's ruptured the ligaments at the side of his knee which is a little unusual, so his knee is quite unstable. He'll basically have to learn how to walk with it like this as there's no way to fix it as his leg is so small. He may also get arthritis later in life too. He's got some medicine to take, which went down nicely on a chunk of pear, so hopefully that'll take his swelling down and relieve any pain. Klaus and Quigley have been looking after him.
