Today we had a BBQ with friends for my birthday. We went to Makro to get all the food and spent a fortune!  I had a good night and it was nice sitting next to the BBQ which we turned into a fire pit by burning some wood. We were left with tons of bottles of fizzy drink and around 50 sausages though!! Not lookin forward to all the sausage butties I'll have to eat for the next month!!

Today we went to a BBQ at my Mum's house. Stark was very good and he seems to enjoy being around different people. I've also chosen the paint for the main bathroom, it's called soft steel so I'm hoping it looks nice!

Today we had a family BBQ at my Mums. She always puts on a good spread so I'm still stuffed! I've also made my lunch for work tomorrow. I'm starting to try to eat a bit more healthily and to save money instead of buying it all the time, so I have lots of nice salad leftover from the BBQ to take with me. As it was so hot I decided to go for a floaty black skirt with a short front hem and a low back hem, with a black vest top covered by my vintage Hawaiian shirt. It's nice to not by wearing my uniform for a change!

Tonight I went to a BBQ at a friends house. It was nice to eat BBQ food and have a laugh. I feel that I never really spend any time relaxing at the moment as the house is always a mess or I'm working. So I'm going to make it my mission to have at least one evening a week where I just get in bed and just chill out and watch films.
